Official World Golf Ranking
I'm sure many of you are following the official world golf ranking (http://www.officialworldgolfranking.com). According to the rules posted on this site, in order to be ranked, a player must compete in minimum of 40 events (20 events in 2 consecutive 52-week periods). Although Tiger Woods played in only 39 events in the past 2 years, he is still listed as No 1.
I'm not trying to take anything away from Woods, one of the best ball strikers that ever lived, but rules are rules.
Any thoughts or comments ?
