The 30 day bump rule is no more.
The forum is quite busy now and 30 days puts a classified ad several pages back. Therefore it has been decided to remove the restriction against bumping ads.
However if you bump your ad too much you will be asked to stop. This will be at the discretion of the moderators. Hopefully bumps will not be abused, but if they are we will put a new (shorter than 30 days) limit back in and I'd rather not do that so please don't abuse it.

I made that rule long before Geoff started moderating so be nice to Geoff. He's a volunteer and does his best to help us out around here

I figured as much due to the smiley, but some people really didn't like that rule so ya never know where that sort of comment comes from.

Yeah, you don't want to know what he called me Dan. Really hurt my feelings. And for a guy who has been on here for 5 years, you'd think he'd be aware of such rule.

Great idea Dan. As long as people are reasonable with their bumps we should not have to enforce much.

But do we make clear that re-posting is still not allowed? Or what is the stance on that Dan?

Rats I don't have anything to bump ..
Some people are like Slinkies... they're really good for nothing, ... but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs...
