Depends on the base frequency of the shaft. Assuming that it's 4 cpm per club in 1/2 increments and that all shafts weigh the same and that all clubheads are 7 grams apart then just divide 4 by .5 and multiply by the slope you want to achieve.

1/8 more per club.
Example:
3 iron tip trim 1 inch
4 iron tip trim 1 1/8
5 iron tip trim 1 2/8
6 iron tip trim 1 3/8
etc etc.
Butt trim to playing length.
Hereis more on frequency if you want to read about it.

You should start with the 3 and finish with the P. Start by trimming the 3 to the manufacturer's recommendation (since you are dealing with a combination shaft you will have to decide how much you want to trim off the 3 iron. Then add 1/8 to the 3 iron trimming for the 4 iron and so on to achieve the goal you set for yourself above. As far as feeling the same that is entirely another can of worms. i.e you could decide to MOI match them and or build the set to a constant frequency. Nuff said
