    I'd be interested if it were $100 cheaper. I think 90% of people don't really notice the difference between "Tour Issue" or retail.

    Let me know if you drop your price close to that.

    Agreed...but I think I'll wait for the 10% who have hit tour issued drivers before.

    Personally, I find quite a difference between Tour Issued and retail, and I know many others who would agree.

    I only own 1 other driver that's not tour issued, and it'll be up for sale tomorrow.

    I'll keep it in mind though.

    Yeah, not bashing or anything, just saying. I'm a low 70's player and I've hit a Tour issued R7 and then the one I bought retail and there wasn't much of a difference over two rounds of golf with each.

    I guess it's different for everyone....

    Personally, I have hit R5 TP and R5 Tour TP side by side, and there is a big difference.
    I've also hit a retail 983 and then this Tour 983 and I found a big difference (although the retail club had a Titleist Speeder, and this one obviously has a much higher end shaft) I've also hit a Callaway FT3 Tour (retail) and then an actual Tour FT3, and again, the tour club outperformed.

    There's another thing to consider here....go out an price a Fuji Fit-on 11 Pro95 (if you can find a retailer who sells it outside of Japan)....it'll probably run you about as much as I'm asking for the entire club.

    Again, it really depends on the person...but in my case, I will never own a retail version of a driver again...but that is my preference/choice.

    Unfortunately, I've managed now to hijack my own thread with a "tour vs. retail" discussion.... ;-)
