From this reply I'd tend to believe Dan won. This way he gets to gloat a little. Hope Depe took it to 18 at least. And hope they at least both played well. We eagerly await.

OK, I finished him off on 16 - 3 & 2

I won the first hole and he won the second. After that he never got it back to all square. I went dormie (4 up 4 to play) after a nice par on N5 (our 14th hole) but I bogied N6 - after a perfect drive that was 20 yards in front of the tree I air-mailed the green. He made a great putt for par to narrow the gap back to 3 up and keep the match alive. I told him "That's the difference between Match and Stroke play" since he was new to match play. He looked at Bobby and said "From now on we play Match play" Woo hoo, a convert!

The match was fun, and the company was great. We had a really good time. He wants a rematch next time he's in town so we'll do it again!
