I can carry my new driver 275 (ask geoff). I didn't hit a solid drive all day and hitt one just a bit out of the sweet spot and carried it pretty far on the first tee box and that is with a 13 degree driver. was much longer with my 10* driver but atleast now I'm not putting them OB off the tee so I think I'll do just fine.

Can someone tell me when to give someone a putt and when not to? I dont' want to give someone a putt they might miss but at the same time don't want them to hit a shorty tricky one and let them get hot either... any rule of thumb on that?

Either way you should start preparing mentally and know that if you can control your sheer physical prowess you can drive a few par 4's and OVER a few par 3's!
