    Handicapping

How does one register or sign in to use the handicapping software on this site?

Try logging in with your last name and your password for this site, worked for me although I haven't used the handicapping software.

If you are registerd for our online booking you use your last name and password you use for that.
Otherwise register for it using the "Register" Link in the header on the handicap page

Is this handicap legit? ie. can it be used in tournaments? If so who would verify it?lol my only regret since becoming a student is not having a steady membership and rcga handicap card for tournaments

It is RCGA certified but without peer review it is unofficial.
If you arer a member at a course it can be used for official handicapping

So by peer review what do you mean?
Does having the playing partner sign the cards to attest count, if you save the score cards for review when requested?

According to the rcga it means being a member and playing with other members who would report you for sandbagging. Anyone can enter anything if nobody knows who you are.

I got no answer when I asked what about the publlic player programs? Since the peer review does not really exist there, but if you join it, you can have an official handicap.

For the GAO public player the score entry page has spots to enter the names/numbers of other GAO members. This was a new addition last year.

I'm not sure if they also have some kind of special condition / exemption for the peer review process.
