I was told by a guy who plays Blues that they play a bit stiffer than marked. He told me a Reg will play just a bit stiffer.
That's all I can tell ya Other than he told me they have a lower kick point than say the Pro Launch shaft.
My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

Because the Blue has such a low torque rating, very stiff tip, I find they play a full flex stiffer than stated. I tried a Blue in x and it was like swinging a telephone pole.

I tend to agree with Spackler, that a properly trimmed Blue will play a full flex stiffer than what you'd expect. I usually play a stiff shaft, sometimes an X, and I can get away with a regular in a Blue. There was a Hogan driver at the Ottawa Golf Show with a blue stiff in it that I tried which was like rebar. Could not get the ball more than 5 feet off the ground with it (I think it had been a bit 'overtipped').
