bore through shaft in a reg driver head... can it be done??

" This shaft is from a bore through and is 44.25" with 3" "

What does this mean? Can I still put this shaft in a reg driver head (my adams rpm head)

Sure it can. It probably means it has been tip trimmed but the bottom part of the tip has been cut at a 45 degree angle to fit the bore through angle. Only thing though. If that shaft was in a bore through and the hosel was extra long you might have to buy an extra long ferrule to cover up the paint that was prepped to provide better adhesion. It seems that from the description the hosel depth is 3 inches.

So I need a long furrel then? No problem, golftown gives you those for free when you get them to build your club. So from the looks of it, this should work correct? This V2 shaft... I've been waiting for a while for it!

I bet it came from a Titleist. Those are buggers to pull.

See if you can measure the hosel depth of your Adams. Subtract the difference from 3 inches. The difference will be the ferrule length. If you can't get one you could always cover up the difference. This should work you 'hall of famer'

Just make sure it's not a .350 tip size otherwise you're pretty much screwed. Pretty sure Adams is .335 tip.

The older, long hosel Titleists. The hosel is so damn long, plus the fact that it's bore through.
