    Ottawa Race Weekend

    Just wondering if any forum members took part in any of the races during the Ottawa Race Weekend and how you did.

    While the weather was a lot more conducive for golf than running, in both games, you take what you are given.

    It seems like everyone I know was in one race or another, except me, maybe next year. Congrats on your win in the 5K.

    5k

    i did the 5K race yesterday. Didn't really train much and it was hot so a 28:07 was good for me. I wanna break 25 minutes next year.

    I tried the 10K race the previous 2 years and passed out both times I crossed the finished line...so it was nice to be awake at the finish this year

    It was nice to see so many people running!

    I ran the big one,thought i had finished in third,but was disquallified for a wrong turn or something?
