Iron Head Covers
If anyone happens to get some for father's day or has an extra set, let me know. Have to protect my new J33's!

I have a few, there are some missing but they are yours if you want. I got them for $50 at golftown, will give them to you when I see you next time I'm in town. Free!

Don't do it, not only do they promote rust, they hide the very shiny chrome goodness you are trying to admire in first place. Little dings etc are not loved but part of the process of displaying your goods. Don't hide!
I never cover my z101's and they look great nor my old mizuno's."Chicks dig me, because I rarely wear underwear and when I do it's usually something unusual"

I'm with Sharkhark on this one ... don't put covers on those irons. Spend the 20 bucks on a fullsize golf towel and snake it thru the heads when you need a little protection. If you need to put covers on, look for some with a picture of a guy wearing black knee length socks and sandals on them ... it somehow seems appropriate.
Just my opinion of course.

I have iron covers too.. and though I absolutly hate them and take a lot of ridicule from my buddies I care more about keeping my equipment in great shape.. I think anyone who I have sold anything to can atest to the condition of my stuff.. The way I look at it, you spend thousands of dollars on your stuff why not protect it.. Anyway to each his own.. Cheers!

If you take good care of your stuff you will get longer life out of it and better resale value.. I wash my clubs after every round..

I can appreciate resale, definitely the covers, as long as not wet promoting rust, there will be less dings.
I however learned not to buy what is rated well (I did this) but looks bad. I judge beauty first, then performance second.
For example the newly aquired z101's are a shiny gift from the chrome gods.
A major part of purchase is admiring them.
If they are covered except for shots, that means all I will ever see is the topline once in awhile?
To each his own.
Pretend you're looking over at your bag....?....which pic gets you salivating?....
this?
or this?

Well if the irons covers look "THAT GOOD", I would not mind using them at all, if I had anything worthwhile and shiny to protect. Those are sharp looking covers, and numbered high visibility as well.

For those with iron head covers, what do you do with your extra wedges? Typically, you only get one cover for the SW. Do you get a second set and relabel them accordingly or use the 3 and 4 covers for the wedges (and replace the 3 and 4 with hybrids)?
