I'm at 24, somehow. Apparently, a little stubborness and impatience go a long way to filling up that list.

This may be more of a reflection of my age, but I'm at 46 out of 52. This is not a good sign is it? My favourites in the lot are making par on a par 4 after driving it out of bounds; driving 4 balls out of bounds in succession - I still remember every one of them; successfully "blasting" out of water to make birdie; running out of balls (in a tournament not less) the day after taking a lesson - take my advice: never take a major swing altering lesson before a tournament; making deuce on a par five; and here's one you should add - shooting par with at least 9 bogeys - I did it once: 9 bogeys and 9 birdies! This is the greatest game around.

Here are the ones that I have not accomplished: 2, 3, 12, 20 and 35. I have never played St. Andrews or Pebble Beach and I have never been to Ireland or Scotland nor have I ever played 18 holes with a Tour Pro (unless you count playing golf with Gordie Smith years ago shortly before he went on tour for a while and finished 6th in the Canadian Open). And, believe it or not, I have never called in sick to play a round. Incredible, isn't it?

As for 14, I assumed that last in a match of cards referred to losing a tournament on the basis of the retrogressive matching of scores among those tied for the lead. I recall losing a tournament that way years ago. If I haven't interpreted this one correctly, then my count may be one off.

You have never had a bout with the shanks? Wow I thought that was the one item that everyone would get a free point on.

Was checking them out and I've done 38 of the 52. Would like to do some of the ones I'm missing but don't know if that will ever happen.
    Interesting thread

I'm at 30 right now, but hope to add a few more next year. How about combining 9, 30, 36 and 46 altogether? I had to ask because yesterday I did them all at once - Played 18 all by myself, in a steady rain, in under 3 hours, and could barely see on the 18th green! But I'm not a golfaholic or anything...

Just added 'played a round w/ just 1 club' to my list, and forgot that Don had already videotaped my swing ... I've never seen the tape, but it counts

Ah Oh, I think I just slipped back to 29 cause now that I think about it, the time I played with just a sand wedge and shot a score of 87 I also used a putter which would make it 2 clubs, I always had wedges with pretty rounded leading edges so that would make for interesting putting, and my putting stroke isn't so sound as it is. So mark me down for 29 and counting. Also once we were playing in a friendly game $$$$ and it was so dark that we called one of the wifes to come and park the car so that the lights would shine on the 18th green so we would be able to finish the match(the wife was already in the grill room when she was called not at home!!!) As you know us golfers are a sick breed!!
