    Beer

Wondering what everyone's favourite beer(s) are. Picked up a 6-pack of Steelhead the other day, and I'm no beer snob but ... waaaaaaaaa...plastic bottles with screw-off caps? Tastes like it was brewed by Bubbles at the Sunnyvale Brewery. Brutal.

    My favourites:

    Domestic: Moosehead
    Import: Guinness

Can't go wrong with a nice Corona on a hot day. Aside from that, Stella. Yummy!!!!!!

    Then there's Johnny Walker Blue...

I think you mean Steelback. I tried it about two weeks ago as well and was not impressed. Never again.

But I have to agree with Donny. A big to Corona and as well I prefer Miller Genuine Draft. Ice cold on a hot day, just can't beat it.

    BEER?
    How about Crown Royal?
If I drink beer it is Coors Light, I have to watch my weight!

Corona, Sol, Bavaria ... they are all great golfing beers.

I love the central/south american beers, perfect for when you are out on a hot day.

I heard that the owner of the Steelback brewery might be interested in launching a new CFL franchise in Ottawa to replace the Renegades. The team would be called the Ottawa Steelbacks.

I just hope that's not the only beer they start selling there because there's a reason it's so cheap...

    YES!! great skit!

I used to work with a guy who hung out at Crackers and we called him the girl-drink drunk. This guy was about 6'2" & weighed in at 250 lbs, but loved the drinks come with little umbrella's in them. Creepy.

whatever man, I'll all about the girl drinks. I have a really weak stomach and I puke almost anytime I drink anything else. I can't do hard shots, I can't drink black label and water. The drink has to have some non booze taste to it. Hell, even smirnoff gives me heart burn!

PS girls like guys who drink girlie drinks.

Single malt after the rounds in the fall. Hoegaarden, Pilsner Urquell, Guinness, Grasshopper, Steam Whistle...

Nothing fancy for me, a nice domestic lager. Labatts Blue or Canadian

Spirit of choice is Crown Royal on the rocks.

Lob, haven't tried the other ones, but wasn't all that fond of Steam Whistle. Quite a strong after taste which I just can't stand in a beer. Might have to be adventurous and try some of the others you mentioned.

Crown and coke gets a vote from me!

A cold Corona w/lime on a hot day, nothing beats it. Other then that, a shot of Bacardi and Coke or Crown and Ginger Ale does the trick.

Everyone seems to forget about the other accesories. If I'm riding a cart that day, nothing goes better with that Corona than a fine cigar. What a perfect day, golf, beer and cigar. Cohibas and Don Tomas' are good course smokes.
