    used to work in golf industry = used to have mad game

    sort of still in the golf industry = serious case of the yips and banana slices means the weekend round is more embarassing every week.

    "gidday" is also an Ottawa valley farmer thing. It has a different twang than the aussie version.
    With the handle Super, (superintendant?) he's probably the ex greenskeeper from Arnprior.
