Hi Guys,

My name is Pete, from Port Perry. Played golf virtually all my life but just moved here at the end of last year from Scotland, so I'm new to golf in Canada. I've been to Ottawa a couple of times in recent years and loved it - it's a great city. Hoping to take the clubs next time and have a couple of rounds... with my wife's permission, of course!
It's been a long winter - Scotland has crappy summers but mild winters so you can play all year on the seaside courses... looking forward to playing a lot of golf this summer!

Get used to the crappy weather, this winter was actually a GOOD one. Were playing golf much earlier than usual and the conditions are good so far.

Its a short season, if you miss golf year round, look into trips south or west...always good packages...
