Taylormade Fitting Session
I just got back from Golftown where I had a fitting session for an R7. This was offered through GTs Leaderboard members. They had thier launch monitor and that alone may not seem like much but the TM rep also adjusted the configuration of the weights to obtain optimum levels for ball speed, spin etc. in addition tto the actual length and loft of the driver. Pretty cool stuff and afterward he gave you his "findings".
Now a word to the wise. The old MAS shaft does not compare to the new REAX said the rep who agreed that something had to be done as most people were buying the R7s and then re-shafting almost right away. He tolf me that of given the chance, the new shaft would prove itself worthy.
The best thing about the session is that I was able to walk out of GT and then surf Ebay for the best price!! knowing what to look for.Lefty Lucas
I am abidextrous, I once golfed right-handed and now I shoot left-handed just as badly!
