    Masters (Augusta National)

    Predictions?
No one has won the Master out of the top 10 players in the world for quite some time. Will it be a new face this year?
    Can Tiger do it again?
Who is your favourite “no major winner” player for this week?

I predict Mickelson. This year, I don't think it'll be a first timer, not at all.

For a newcomer, my pick is Luke Donald.

And then there is Tiger. If an old winner wins again, I think he is the man. The last Masters his father will probably see him play. He probably will make this one count.

Nobody wants to hear it, but I'm picking Tiger.

You hate to give a guy a reason, but I think Tiger's going to win this one for his Dad.

I agree, for some reason I can't stand Phil. Wish Camillo was in, great eye candy!

My wife thinks Luke Donald is eye candy. If he's on the leaderboard, she actually watches with me.

    Masters pool

If anyone is interested the main st. Pub in stittsville is doing a pool. Proceeds go to a local sports team. first place is $800, buy in is $20.

You pick 15 players from the list provided (not everyone is on the lst) and which ever team pics the players who combined make the most money will win the pot. I've already got my picks in when I was in ottawa. I played it pretty safe so I probably wont win but if you get a good sleeper, you could take the whole thing if the rest of the picks are pretty much the same as everyone elses.

You have to think that CBS would get awesome daytime ratings on thursday and friday, it must be augusta that doesn't want the coverage.

I have to clarify my pick. I'm rooting for Weir, but I believe Mick wins.

    I've got to say Tiger.

And unfortunatly the only way that Weir isn't going to choke on Sunday, is if he's not in contention ... so I can't give him my vote.

I usually like to pick the underdog, but my gut is telling me Tiger's going to take home his fifth green jacket. My dark horse pick is the new and improved Tom Lehman.

Love to, but I won't be cleared to play by my physiotherapist until the beginning of June. I'm already going insane because I can't get out.

enough about wie, that thread is driving me crazy and I'm not posting in it anymore. I'm so pumped to check out the scores on the 240yard par 3! it will easily the hardest hole of the day in terms of scoring average. I think -8 should win this. What am I going to do without coverage for two days? probably get some work done!
