    Master's fourth round

    Holy Crap!

What a leaderboard. Sooooooo many guys within 4 of the lead that anything can happen.

I will be glued to the TV all afternoon. In glorious HD too BTW.

American coverage is unbelievable. Ames is only three strokes off the lead and I haven't seen him yet. However, with Tiger two strokes off the pace, we see his each and every shot. So frustrating.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I only saw one of his putts, and it happened to be his first bogey of the day...after that, didn't see a thing

Actually they didnt show the cat for almost an hour until he started his "late charge" on the back nine, which was fine with me.

I thought they covered who they should have. Phil and Freddy were putting on a show at one point and the the others bunched up at -4 -3 had their moments on camera when needed.

It was one of the best pairings for final group at the MAsters. I like watching guys interact with each other rather than doing the robot thing.

    Congrats Phil! Great showing Freddy!

I'm not sure what it was, but I think that was one of the most boring Masters final rounds ever.

The Masters is my favorite tournament to watch and this one had all of the ingredients to be one of the best ever given the players on the leaderboard. But it was all just very... blah.

I was pleased to see Phil win though. More importantly, I was happy to see Tiger NOT win.

While not as boring as the Mike Weir win, I agree there weren't the fireworks that I expected.

Nobody made a real run at Phil and other than Rocco's self-destruction at 12 there weren't any major meltdowns. Perhaps the fact that they played most of the holes in the morning had something to do with that.

Oh yeah, way to go Phil!

How did Rocco finish that hole? I saw him make his 5th shot into the bunker... what happened after that? Did he go back into the water? What a shame for him.

I know... I was wondering how. I guess I was not very clear

    He must have...
    - had trouble getting out of the bunker
    - gone back into the water (for the 3rd time)
    - 4 putted

Guess it doesn't really matter too much at that point. But it is interesting to see one of these guys blow-up the way I have so many times

First three days (technically 4) were very good. Last round started promising then fizzled. No drama or tension last 4 holes. Even phil was ho hum pulling winning putt from hole.

Rocco's par 3: Went into the water, dropped, went into the water again, dropped, went over the green in a big way, chipped (short?) or on green, 4 putts to get in.

I wanted Freddy to win, too bad he couldn't sink any putts...I counted at least 5 strokes lost to terrible putts.
