I love to cook, but am always short for time. For those of you who prefer ribs that don't fall off the bone by looking at them, here is a quick recipe for you.

2 Racks

Maple Syrup

Dry Rub
1 Cup Paprika
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup chile powder
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 Bay leaf

1. Blend the dry rub in a processor
2. Heat up some maple syrup and coat each rack lightly
3. apply the dry rub very generously to the racks
4. Microwave the racks on high for 25-30 mins
5. coat with bbq sauce
6. barbeque at 400 (med/high) for 5-7 mins on each side, putting it face down to start, and and adding a final bbq sauce coating on top after the last flip
