Happy thoughts=happy golf. In a four-hour round, you will actually only play golf for about 15 minutes. The rest of the time you are left with your own thoughts. Try to relax your mind and think positively by recalling the great shots that you have played and any success that you have had on the course. You may think of what a great golf swing feels like or simply rest your mind by looking at the trees or birds until it is your turn to focus on your shot. NEver go around sulking or feeling negative about what has happened in the past, because this is self-defeating.
