Sens/Leafs game

How bad it must be to be a leafs fan. They are now gonna be 7 points back of the Habs for 8th place. Undoubtably they played their best game in some time, especially against the Sens, and they still lose, what's that say???

Who knew that the leafs would be the only Canadian team to miss the playoffs??.... ME!!

C'mon leaf fans, disagree but please don't use "wait for the playoffs" unless it ends with "in '07 or '08!"

And when is someone going to talk to Cole and Neale. When a Leaf falls down, there doesn't have to be a penalty!

The funniest thing I saw pre-game was Bill Watters on Sportsnet picking the Leafs tonight.

How nice will it be to not have to play the Make Beleafs in the playoffs. They have sure got big problems and I'm not crying about it.

Although I did not watch the entire game I did see the BIG HIT that Darcy "Sideshow Bob" Tucker tried to put on big Chara! Tucker came streaking across the ice like he normally does to hit someone, pounded into Chara and went down on the ice like a sack of spuds! Chara didn't even seem to blink an eye It was like a fly landed on him and then flew away!

Actually the jersey would be 1927.... however Ottawa didn't have a team from 1935-1992. So there was 58 years without a team. So that means that the team has gone 21 years without a cup. What have the leafs gone? 39 years i think?

haha only a sens fan would brag about losing their hockey team for 50+ years. Now that's truly sad. Geez were it not for Melnyk you would have lost the team twice. HA!
