    Golf Club Equity Share for Sale

    Equity share in Club de golf Ouataouais Golf Club located in Rockland Ontario, 20 minutes east of Ottawa. Share was converted to an Equity Share as of January 15, 2006 Asking $8,500. I will pay the current $1500. equity that has been levied against it. You must pay the transfer fee of $500. Currently 30 shares for sale at $11,000 and up. I just want to get rid of it, plan on joining another 'club'

    Outaouais has 530 Members (380 share holders), It is a 27 Hole Championship course Semi Private, Members can book tee times 6 days in advance. Only members and guests (after 11:00) on weekends.

    Willing to accept 'trades' of landscaping services and/or electrical work in the basement in exchange for the share. That would effectively put the cost to you of $2000. for the share, plus the costs of the exchanged services obviously.
