Teeing Ground
At Tuesday's Senior Intersectional matches, one of my team mates teed off from slightly ahead of the markers. One of his opponents immediately told him to NOT pick up his tee, called him for playing ahead of the markers and told him his next shot from the fairway would be his third. We ALL know that this is wrong, as well as a poor example of sportsmanship..
It is my understanding that the opponent may ask for the player to replay the stroke from the tee, with no penalty assessed, or, may choose not to have the player replay the shot. The strategy is obvious.
My question is, and because the player has 3 separate opponents, may one opponent require him to replay the stroke while the other ones do not?
In my matches I conceded a 2' putt to one of my opponents, but another would not concede it. He missed the putt making a bogey 6 tying the other opponent, but I had already conceded him his 5 before he missed and so he tied me with a par. Is this correct?
Thanks again.

You are absolutely correct on all counts.
Three-Ball Match Play is rarely used outside of Intersectionals.
You are playing separate concurrent matches against multiple opponents.
The opponent who teed off in front of the markers MAY be requested by one or all of his opponents to replay the stroke.
There is no penalty for playing outside the tee markers in match play.
If not all the opponents request he replay the stroke, then the result would be playing multiple balls for the remainder of the hole.
As to your concession of stroke: A concession cannot be declined or withdrawn.
The opponents score for the hole was determined the moment you conceded his putt.
The state of the match with the other opponents would not be determined until after he putted.
BTW - When playing match play, players should never be telling other players what they must do.
The proper procedure is to make a claim under the Rules.
eg. "I am making a claim that you have played from outside the teeing ground and request that you replay the stroke."
