    David Feherty

    I am almost finished reading Somewhere in Ireland A Village is Missing an Idiot and I have to say that I think that the book is one of the funniest that I have read in many years.....I am now a huge David Feherty fan...anyone else out there like him?

    I also am a fan of Gary McCord...his sense of humor is also great

    Just thought I would share

    Fat chance of that. Those uptight stuffies just don't appreciate the humour that McCord and Feherty bring to the golf course. I watched Feherty on TGC interview Jason Zuback and a few other of the LD guys and it was great. He is not only funny but insightful considering he has been out there on Tour and faced the same situations they are running commentary about. McCord, though I find him not a comical, is still very entertaining to listen to. Wish there was more of these guys around on broadcasts.

    He must have wrote that about 100 times so far in the book I am reading....but i can`t get enough of him

    Him, Gary McCord and I love John Daly LOL
    I watched his new show The Daly Planet and I think he will end up being one of my favorites...he`s great

    McCord will never return to Augusta until the current crop of stuck-in-the-19th-Century old men running the Masters Mob die off...as far as I know Feherty is NOT persona non grata there however...

    Everyone's favorite wee Irish microphone lugger is still allowed there.

    Feherty is one of the best in the business. I hadn't realized he and McCord do not do The Masters.

    Feherty and McCord are my two faves. Although I tried reading 'just a range ball in a box full of titleists' by mccord. Found it difficult to read because he tried to be funny in every line.
    Grew tiresome.
    Glad to hear about davids book, I will check it out. Cheers.

    Feherty is still at the masters it's McCord that has been banned. He said something like. "They don't mow the greens at Augusta they give them a bikini wax"
