Shaft thoughts
Ok guys.. just looking for your thoughts.. I am looking for a shaft for my r7. I like to hit the ball fairly high and have club head speed in the 105 range.. Here are the shafts I am considering.. V2, ProLaunch, Accra, NV, NVS... thanks..

shaft
I would go Accra if it was me. It is one of the nicest shaft out there for the tightness of the shots. Just my opinion. And if no one can fit you for one where you live, give Don from Artisan golf a call, and he has a launch monitor.
Thanks

If you're a high ball hitter (like me), I would shy away from the NVS and the Prolaunch. I hit balloon after balloon with both those shafts.
I tried the V2, and it was a good shaft, but I just couldn't generate the distance that I was used to with it. In a pinch, I would shaft a club with this.
That being said, the NV and the Graf Blue (either the NT or the Regular) fit my swing perfectly. I love the NV, but the low torque of the Blue allows me to really wrench on the driver if I want to bomb one now and again without worrying about leaving it hanging out to the right.
I had my Blue SST Pured, it's LSI came to 98.6% (with 100% being a perfectly symmterical shaft). The Blue flattened my drive out a bit, which is what I wanted, to maintain good carry but also implement some roll as well. To some, it feels a little "boardy" and has a very stagnant tip section, but I love that feeling. It took some getting used to, but I can't imagine driving with any other shaft.
Just my $0.02. I can't vouch for the other shafts, however.

Of all mentioned, an Accra would be best. The NV will hit it too low, and the NVS might be a little tip rubbery for you. I can vouch for the Accra T60 M4 as I use it.

I'll second that! I ust the Accra Tour Series T60 M4 as well and it made a dramatic change for the better in my driving!

$105 plus install and that includes a trip on the launch monitor and the peace of mind that you are he getting the right shaft with the right flex that will give you an optimum laucnh and distance.

NV 75 or Accra SC 65
two of the best..accra is more expensive. NV 75 is a different animal than the NV 65

No doubt my first choice would also be an accra... i know there are 2 places within the ottawa region that can install them... golfworks canada and artisan golf... also if u love to hit the ball high look into a " purple ice " by graphite design. A low soft kick point with only 2.5 torque which is the lowest of the bunch. Also the IROD driver shaft has similar specs... Look into those 2.
