Yes, top quality, and top performance, and the prices are OK for what you get. Just have to admit Japan is the top gear maker.

This is the site that got me hooked on Tourstage irons. Now a set of Z-101's are in the bag.

I'd like to hear your opinions on those Z-101s as well Bob. I've always lusted after a set. We'll have to get together sometime so I can hit a few shots with them .
I've also been a member of TSG for years, although I more go there to read than to post. It is an interesting site but you really have to be into tour-issued equipment. Not as diverse as my other favorite golf sites.

Yes, but i was talking about the shop part, was looking for japan stuff, in my pro shop they have Katana, maruman , honma... but i never tried fourteen golf clubs ( utility played by Ernie) or PRGR clubs. Just makes me laugh that we have a special V steel taylormade club , that doesn't exist over there. Looks like the Cor limit is killing the business too, why should amateurs have to share the same gear spec rules than pro's? Why can't we play high cor drivers or long putters? I think it's stupid, and against gear evolution. Just imagine if they hadn't allowed Titanium drivers, over 300 cc drivers..... The game wouldn't have been the same.
Well to stick to the topic, i am sure these clubs are really good, as they have better shafts, better forging and craftmanship, the price is quite huge because of import and Japanese life cost. If you want to build up a set, it costs not as expensive as you think:

    -Irons 1300$
    -Driver 700
    -Fariway wood 400
    -Utility 300
    -Putter 300

3000 dollars=2400 euros . Here you would have stock brand with stock shaft for the same price. It looks really interesting.

The irons are exquisite and have the best feel and balance I've felt in 40 years of playing. They are Bridgestone's finest product and are forged by the legendary Endo plant. No domestic forging I've seen matches the finish quality.

The iron is very easy to hit and trajectory control is superb, important to me as a high ball, high spin player. Even as I get older and need something more "shovel-like" , I'll keep these just for the looks.

Here is a review link with pictures.

He just means something like the site is incredible for probably both the price of items and the selection of items.

Maybe it's quite expensive for you over there, ebay sells some items at really good price, but for us and the euro as a hard currency, it's a bargain for the quality.
