Yes but it's actually not a good training aid from my point of view.

Why? After you hit the Birdie Ball, does it feel awkward to hit a real golf ball? Just curious on you thoughts.

The best thing would be that you try it, but how can you believe that a ring like this can feel like a real golf ball. With a training aid, you can modify a swing, but what's the use of such a ball, it wont help you get a better swing. I didn't like it, but i believe some people are really happy with theirs.
