    Wedge loft

I have been looking around and been getting differing information on a Cleveland TA3 PW...some say its 48*, others say 46*......and some say 47*.....anybody know the right loft on these things? I personally thought they were 47*

I was also going to bend my RAW 56* with 14 bounce to 54*.....is this possible?

You can definetly do that bend on the wedge. I have gotten my 56* bent to 60* so it is possible to ben 2* the other way.

It seems that the PW loft is 46*

It depends on whether it is the Form Forged model or not. Regular TA3 is 46* and Form Forged is 48*. A good site to find specs for older irons is: http://www.equip2golf.com

Yes it is possible, but your bounce angle will also decrease to 12*: http://www.clevelandgolf.com/index.p...ias=faq_wedges

Yes, but you will end up with 12* of bounce, so essentially a 54/12

Fantastic guys! 12* bounce on a 54* wedge is perfect for me.

I have the TA3 Form Forged Chrome Irons......so I guess my PW is 48* then?

All I need now is to find that 58* wedge with 8 - 10* bounce.....I have a chrome 60* with 3* bounce......but its not enough bounce for me. Apparently you cant get the 588 Cleveland RAW in 58* Left Handed.....

High bounce is really useful if you play in tropical conditions , like florida or carribean. On most golf courses , a med to low bounce is nice , 10 on a 54 is quite a lot for me , since i hit the ball very close to the back of the ball , to give more spin , and low bounce allows the club not to skit on the ground.

    wedge loft

Why don't you just measure the loft of your PW to find out what it is. It looks like your are trying to get 4 deg. increments between your clubs. You might want to measure all your sticks while you are at it for proper incrementation.
