    Bounce

Any way of finding the degree of bounce on a wedge if its not marked?

With the club held in the playing position, use a loft gauge upside down on the sole of the club.

The tricky part it making sure that the reference plane for the loft gauge is parallel to the plane of the ground WRT to the sole, if you get what I mean.

Or go to the manufacturer's web site, much easier

That would be like buying a club off the rack.

The lofts and lies are not 100% accurate on the manufacturer's websites. The specs they give are what they shoot for. My experience with measuring lofts and lies (on new wedges) is that they are sometime off by a degree. However when I purchase club heads they actually write on a label what the loft/lie is. That goes with drivers, irons and wedges.

A guage is the only true way on knowing.
