Training Aids

Any training aids out there that anybody has tried that you would recommend. Thanks

I've tried everything. ( Medicus, Swing Jacket, Kallasy, Momentus( heavy club etc.... ) I'm a 14 handicapper. If I could putt I'd be in single digits Most help with a particular part of your game. The aid I found helped me a great deal is the Swing Jacket. I have a tendency to swing too much with my arms this aid pins your arms to your body forcing me to rotate your body.

It depends on your particular problem. What type of flight pattern do you have.

The ball starts Left and
a) curves right
b) curves left
c) goes straight

the ball starts straight and
a) curves left
b) curves right

The ball starts right and
a) curves right
b) curves left
c) goes straight

Shank? Top? Lack of power?
