Talking Mizuno MP14 3-pw Precision Rifle 6.0 shafts

For sale is a set of Mizuno forged MP14, 3-pw, Precision Rifle 6.0 shafts, new Royal cord grips. All standard length and lofts. Grooves are deep and are in good shape. The three iron has a nick in it, however it doesn't seem to affect ball flight. Common in forged clubs are chatter marks due to bag wear.

The MP14 was one of the most popular forged blades on the PGA Tour and features a clubhead made of Grain Flow Forged mild carbon steel.

    Asking $260 or trades
    new price $240

Goeff, why don't you just go down to the Chuck's sale on Saturday and make them a cash offer for all their inventory? It would save you a lot of trouble...

    Geoff,

You change your irons as often as I change my underwear.

Well, you're half right Andre . Geoff is indeed the new King. I'd like to think I've calmed down but the fact is the last 5 rounds have involved 5 different iron sets. Used your and my old set of Golfsmith blades on Sunday for the first time. They are at least 2* upright for me, but I love the shafts and grips you put on them. I think they'll be in the bag for the final OG event at Heritage on Sunday... or the '72 Apexes (I always score well with them)... or the Acer Pros (it is a long course and I do hit these long)... or the Hoffman Bailiwicks (I did win a tournament with these in June)... or the MacGregor VIPs (hey, I have to play them sometime...).
And of course, Chuck's will be clearing out some stuff on Saturday and I'll be stopping by there before Heritage, so who knows... (bet I'll see Geoff there...(.

Had a set of Pro II's this year. Looking for something different. Anything else you might want to trade?

I have a set of Kenneth Smith forged blades and Pure'd Rifle Air Lites (S) that are occupying space in the basement if you're interested in a trade. The AirLites have Lamkin Crossline cords on them.

The heads and shafts are currently not epoxied together.

I have a set of Golfsmith Tour Cavity forged shafted with Tour Flighted Rifle 5.5s. Three seasons of normal wear. I'd have to go look at them to give you a number rating.

How about those + the Kenneth Smith heads?

EDIT: Shoot, I just realized that I'm using the 3iron for the Golfsmiths but if you're interested I can free it up.

As previously posted I have a shafted set of KS blades. Although they are great heads I would like to try something I haven't tried yet.

    Thanks

Man I thought the local golf store had lots of used sets of irons. Now I am beginning to think there are more used sets of irons in the basements and garages around Ottawa
