    84 Lumber Classic

Mickelson, Vijay & Duval. This should be a good one. Any takers on who will pull this one off?

Mark O'Meara, Charlie Wi, Shaun Micheel and Jason Gore sit at the top of the leaderboard after round one. They all shot 65's. I would really like to see Jason Gore win on the PGA tour. On another note David Duval shot a 73 which puts him just outside the cut. If he makes the cut it will be like he has won the U.S. Open. Baby steps.

After being promoted to the PGA with a Battlefield Promotion JASON GORE has won the 84 LUMBER CLASSIC You have to love this guy, for his grit and determination to stick with pro golf. Fans love him, he smiles, waves to the crowd and shows his emotions.
