    Champlain???

    Considering playing there on Saturday, anyone been lately, is it worth it?

    Played there Tuesday. Surprisingly positive for this time of year.

    No Punched greens. All greens were very soft and pretty green, except for the two new ones (1 & 14).
    Putt firmly!!

    Fairways were mostly green with only a couple of bare spots.

    Watch that BBQ stop at the 11th hole. Buddy was barfing an hour after he woofed down two pretty-raw hot dogs. All the premium beers were the same price as the Coors Lite.

    It's in decent shape for teh price...and a fun course.

    Just avoid the afternoon rounds, it can get pretty packed & slow by 2-4pm

    Played there yesterday and it was good. Fairways were a little shaggy and spotty but overall not too bad for this of year.
    Greens were overall good but alos a little fury but good.
