That's great. Hopefully Mario will have a better influence on him than Dan Quinn had on Mario under similar circumstances.

What Crosby doesn't know is that he has to babysit when Mr. & Mrs. Mario go out...
When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.

    Beats paying RENT
Smart move on Mario's part, you sure don't want an 18 year old kid making that kind of money to be on his own. Every puck bunny in Pittsburgh would be after him. Paternity suits would be sure to follow. Career ruined.
My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

what the hell is Crosby thinking? He can own an enormous mansion, maybe he's actually serious about playing his awesome game in the NHL. If I was in his shoes though, I'd be partying it up. Hope he does well. Go Pens...Oh I mean go Sens go!!

This is pretty common practice for NHL rookies, in this case though, he is actually living with the boss. Most of us would consider that a nightmare come true.

I think it’s awesome. It’s some type of stress relief for the kid. He shouldn’t be as intimidated when playing on the same line with the magician. No house, no bills ect..

I don’t think the kid is the type to party all night long. He seems to have a good head. He can now concentrate on hockey only…and maybe a Porsche.

Funny thing is he DOES know that. He talked about this at the draft...

This is very commonplace. Nothing to get all that excited about except that maybe some of Mario's bad personality and character might rub off on him... Before you all start defending Mario, read his biography, especially about the part where he bailed on kids with cancer (or some other affliction) without calling them, so he could go shoot a hockey stick ad.

I once ran into mario at a bar on the market when team canada was practicing in Ottawa. He was all over this hot, young chick. I walked over to introduce myself and shake his hand but all he does is hold his hand out for me to screw off. Basically, puts his hand in my face and shoves. He didn't say one work just kept working the chick. I didn't wash my face for a week LOL.
