    What A Finish

Man did you see the finish at the Buick Championship?

van der Walt birdies 18 to tie Faxon.

Faxon stiffs it out of the bunker from 166.

van der Walt hits the top of the flag from 133.

What I really enjoyed seeing was the high fives they gave each other coming down the fairway Now that is true sportsmanship.

Faxon makes his putt to win, and it is nice to see Brad win again. One of the best putters on tour. What a final round he had at -9.

Funny thing is, Kenny Perry was the highest ranked player at #10 in the world at that tournament and yet it was an exciting finish.

Justin Rose could not get it done. After being -12 on Friday he went -1 on the weekend.
My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

    Greetings ...

Quite a finish at Hartford. Proves you don't necessarily need the Big Guns to have a great golf match - and that's what it was.

Brad Faxon's win puts him among the Top 30 PGA Tour Money Leaders

A huge nod to Michael Putnam, who pulled out of the US Amateur after receiving a sponsor invitation. Putnam finished in a 3-way tie for 4th, and gets an automatic invite to next week's Deutsche Bank Classic.

You know something, for me as a viewer, this was one of the most enjoyable tournaments I've seen in a long time. Nice to see some of the other tour players rather than the "big 5" that we see so much of week in and week out.
Great finish to an exciting tournament.

I would luv to have seen it but no golf for me this weekend. Not even on TV

I was at my daughter's soccer tournament sat and sun , and then pool side on sunday afternoon. It is nice not to play sometimes.

Not really but I did enjoy the rest of the afternoon after the soccer, by the pool with my cooler by my side.

I also enjoyed the tournament. I like seeing different faces on TV rather than the same 5. All of these guys are very good and do great shots.
