    shipping via bus

The other day while having a conversation with Jeany he mentionned using the bus for shipping clubs. It is usually there overnight and never had any problems. Anybody tried using that method?

When I was going to school out of town my parents used to send me stuff through Greyhound all the time. It was easy cheap and fast.

I ship and receive stuff B(us) P(arcel) X(press) all the time. Cheap and excellent way to go if both parties don't mind going to the bus station. Fast and reliable.

    Good Old Greyhound

I have used Greyhound to ship Amateur Radio equipment in the past. No problems with it arriving safe and sound. I found it to be cheaper too.
Just make sure whatever you ship is well packed. If I was to ship clubs that way I can put them in original boxes that clubs were shipped so that helps.
Pack things right, wrap up the boxes tight and everything just be just fine.
My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

Use it often to ship golf components and golf clubs. Has the definite advantage to be safe, cheap and will reach some communities that UPS or FedEx do not really serve. They do not mind long and off shaped boxes or packages. One piece of advice, packaging with lots of stuffing is required. They will deliver at destination for a small surcharge. Great overnight service, drop before 4PM and it will be delivered in Montreal by 8h30.
There are convenient depots in Hull and Gatineau which are more accessible than Catherine Street.
