Yes Customer Service
I recently bought a new YES Tracy II putter. After a few rounds the velcro inside the putter cover started to tear loose. My wife tried her best to restitch it and that held up for a few rounds before it started tearing loose again
Sooooooooo today I email YES and explained the problem. I had a reply back within 3 hours and they are sending me a new cover.
I am impressed with that kind of customer service. My opinions are my own, I do not follow others.

I hope it isn't a design problem: too much velcro means a lot of force required to open and close the cover which=stress on the stitches. Not to mention more of that tearing sound.

Two days after I emailed YES regarding my Tracy II headcover the new one arrived. Now that is customer service at its finest.

Which address did you reach YES at? I just bought a new Yes Putter and the headcover has a little bit of a gouge missing out of it. Think they'd replace it?

Wow, two business days later and mine arrived today as well. And boy what a suprise, they sent me the new Natalie cover that has magnets to close it instead of the velcro. And the material seems to be much stronger. I'm really impressed, your awesome Yes! Golf!
