This weekend looks horrid and most are closing Friday if they haven’t already. Any open into next week? Next weekend looks very playable

Played Pineview on Wednesday, $50 taxes in to play. Tee sheet looked pretty full. Lots of water in the fairways, but was good to get out and swing, I assume for the last time this year outside.

I re-shafted one of my clients irons last week and he was so anxious to try them out that he drove all the way to Bingampton to play. He stayed overnight on Wednesday and played 36 yesterday. He said it was warm enough to play in short sleeves. Hiawatha Landing I think.

I played Calabogie yesterday (thursday) took the coat and toque off, sun was shining it was great.

Course was very dry - not a flake of snow anywhere! Tough to get a tee in the ground on some tee boxes and a few crazy bounces on frozen greens, but it nice to get out and hit some balls again.
