Hi all, we need to replace both our A/C and Furnace units. They are both 17 years old and the furnace was just red flagged on our recent maintenance check. So we are looking for recommendations on installers in the Barrhaven area and what brand names are the best. Anyone have Napoleon A/C and/or furnace units installed? Pros vs cons on the Napoleon units? Thanks, Steve

We got our Lennox A/C through Costco and I couldn't be happier. Installation was done by Reliable Home Environment, which was excellent (not to be confused with Reliance, who do a ton of TV advertising but I didn't like their sales tactics).
We rent our furnace and A/C from Reliance. Very satisfied.
We just went through this and have our install tomorrow. Having received quotes from 5 different companies I would offer +1 for Reliable Home Environment. Great company with excellent service and reputation.
We ultimately went with Anchor Climate Care in Orleans though they service throughout Ottawa. They definitely went the extra mile.
We did look closely at Napoleon - I really like the Canadian content (and have a Pro Series BBQ) but the Lennox equipment seemed to more closely match our needs and carried slightly better warrantees.
