GolfBuddy WT4 review (beware)

I have owned this since last fall and purchased it thinking it would be good for pace of play not having to use a range finder
BUT.....
On my home course there are several glitches with it not recognizing going from one hole to another and it is difficult to manually switch between holes,
but the BIGGEST issue is bad yardages
on one hole in particular it is off by 23 yards and I have verified this with laser finders and GPS units.
When Golfbuddy was contacted they stated last year that the course would be remeasured but here I am 6 months later and still not done.
Also had similar issues in FLorida

Have you gone on Golfbuddy's website to do a firmware update of your unit? I have an older Golfbuddy (World Platinum I believe) and the yardages I get from it are good. I seem to recall though that the first couple rounds I played with it, I got some odd yardages. The problem seemed to resolve itself when I downloaded the update program and did a firmware update for my unit. I've been very happy with mine.

I have the GolfBuddy PT4 and love it. Every now and then you should go to the site and check for new software updates. I was having the same problem but after going to the site and downloading new software all was fine,
