I'm setting up a home simulator and am wondering what indoor turf OG members would recommend. Turf manufactured or distributed in Canada/Ontario would be preferred due to shipping and duty costs.
I'm looking for something that replicates the spin/launch characteristics of real turf as closely as possible.
Wear is a secondary issue.

IMO this is an important criteria but the single biggest factor you may want to consider is injury prevention. No turf will replicate 100% of thin/flush/fat shots but some mats will punish your wrists/elbows more than others. After a lot of searching I went with the Fiberbuilt grass series and have been super happy. Yes, the ball sits up on the fibers a bit but that is the trade-off for injury prevention. FB now also has a professional series which apparently is very realistic, but slightly harder on mis-hits. Edmonton company - can't go wrong IMO.Quote:
