Golftown Return Policy
Hey All,
Before I waste my time standing in line at GT, I was wondering if anyone knows the return policy on drivers? If I brought it to a range, and absolutely hate it, can I bring it back for a refund or credit? It has zero marks from the range session, and given they have their launch monitors shut down (at least it appeared they did) because of COVID, I would expect they would have some wiggle room?
The return policy on the site says items must be in original packaging, and because I took the plastic off the head..this might be an issue?

If you go to Golftown in Kanata, not much of a lineup there.

Tried 3 times, but about half way through the message...just disconnected? Just called again and finally got through. Returns are allowed on managers discretion.

I have returned a driver and had no issues with buying a replacement as long as there was no damage.

I was in the other day and they will take it up for you to take home and try, so when it's brought back, it's still like new.
