Has anyone tried these?

They're jumbo grips with, as in the subject line, a reverse taper, that is they're thicker towards the bottom of the club, they start out at the top about the same diameter as regular grips, then get progressively thicker towards the bottom.
A friend of mine was at a golf show in Spokane and saw these grips, bought me one.
I'm going to try it out, just looking for suggestions about which club would be best for the tryout.

A fellow Canuck who I play with in Florida is thinking about giving up the game because of arthritis in his thumbs. I am gong to pass this info on to him !
I can't recall the company name, but someone tried making/marketing these quite few years back. I got to hit a few clubs that were gripped with them. Contrary to their claim, these grips hindered my release and cause many shots to be lost to the right.
But if they can keep golfers golfing, due to arthritis or any other hand/arm ailments, more power to them.
I think they were called Feel grips. They were at the golf show, and golf works sold them as well. Still have one at home.
