It is with great sadness that I have to bring you this news. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for Warren. One of the cities best teachers for a great many years.
Good luck Warren!
So sorry to hear this. He is in good hands at Bruyere.
Very sorry to hear this, Warren is a great teacher and a great guy.
Have known Warren for a few decades now and have had many discussions with him over that time about about our golf experiences and instruction philosophies. He was a good player prior to his accident and have tremendous admiration and respect for him for making the best out of an unfortunate situation. If his days are truly numbered then we all wish that he is kept as comfortable as possible.
Warren, So sorry to hear this. I appreciate the times we had at Cedarhill and always pointed folks your way when they were looking for a good teacher. Len
A nice column in the Citizen about Warren. http://ottawacitizen.com/news/local-...ssons-for-life
Indeed.
Just read that he has passed away. Sad.
He will be missed. One of the nicest men you'd ever meet.
Absolutely, I remember the first time I met him, I was at a driving range and came up behind me and asked if he could give me a few pointers on my swing. I remember saying to him "Why, isn't it perfect?" and he replied "so close" I laughed and he spent about 20 minutes with me and his way of explaining was so easy to understand and easy going and I still use his tips. Saw him at the Golf Show as well when he was presenting there and I made sure to say hello ,talk a little golf and thank him once more for his kindness and knowlege
My son had lessons with him many years ago at Manderley. Very positive person to speak to and tons of golf knowledge.
RIP Mr Grant!
