Top PGA and Top LPGA Rookies of the year

Who do you think will be the top PGA and LPGA rookies of the year? Why?

As far as the LPGA I would say Shin or Wie. I say Shin because she played last year and won a major, but because she wasn't a member of the tour, she is 'technically' a rookie. Wie has fired her management team, so I think that can only help her, the old management was concerned with her marketing herself by any means, not necessarily focused on her LPGA career.

As far as the PGA, I like Webb Simpson.

Is Tiger considered a Rookie now that he is back? :-)
