Over the winter I've heard that the team composition would change again but this time to no age limits, meaning all 10 best players over 55.
Compared to last couple of seasons where teams had to have at least 3 players over 65, but looking on the OVGA site nothing has changed.
Can someone confirm if changes were done ?

What is on the OVGA web site is correct and I haven't heard of any changes. Below is what they have. For sure all players have to be at least 55 but have to have 3 that are at least 65.
"The men’s senior Intersectional team consists of ten (10) players and two (2) alternates. All players must be at least 55 years of age. At least three (3) players must be a minimum of 65 years of age. The two (2) alternates must be a minimum of 60 years of age."
