Hi there. With apologies for the unusual post, my 9 year old daughter has become quite excited every time she sees a powered golf cart. She really wants to drive one. I'm thinking a round of golf for her Birthday... but are 9 year olds allowed to drive the carts at any of the Ottawa clubs? Thanks
