depends what they mean by renovation end date. If it means the grass is in and ready to go then it should be.
I have never played a course with 18 temporary greens :laughing: :laughing: As I remember from working on courses it takes almost 2 years to regrow a green in our zone.

Probably also required to get some extra yardage to meet the yardage requirement that was part of the deal.

Drove by today, the grass is growing very well and the tee boxes and greens look great. Some good changes on a number of holes with quite a few new green complexes. I’d post pics but this site sucks for that.
