I've got blackout curtains surrounding the unit and hitting area. Today customer service helped me for over 2 hours (very nice, and very anxious to help) and they're now thinking graphics card. I have an Intel core i5-4430 processor with an onboard graphics card, gonna get an nvidia gt610.
Has any one encountered the graphics card giving this issue? I'll post the results once the new card is in.

I've replaced the video card, no dice. Since it's not the computer and likely not the environment, I'll be returning the unit tomorrow. We'll see how a new one does!
