Looking to swap shafts and grips

I have two 3-irons at the moment. I am looking to swap the shafts between the two heads, and also to swap the grips between the two shafts.

Looking to switch shafts on a set of 718 AP3s, and new grips the new shafts (5-P)...any help/recommendations?

Golfworks or learning to do it yourself. I chose the latter a few years ago and never looked back.
